Election of officers: The board elected a slate of officers by slate motion. The motion proposed Rick Campo as president, Audrey Lamanae as vice president and Angie Flowers as secretary. That slate motion was made by Ms. Mendoza and seconded by Ms. Lindner; the motion passed with 8 yes votes and 1 abstention.
