The Marshall County Community Corrections Board voted to add Judge Aldridge and Judge Napier to the board following a motion and second during the meeting.

The motion to add the two judicial officers was moved by Judge Cerisi and seconded during the meeting; Board member Nelson recorded an abstention. After the abstention was noted, the chair called for the ayes and the motion carried with no recorded opposition.

The chair said the appointments relate to statute governing appointment of judicial officers who handle criminal dockets, and the board welcomed Judge Aldridge and said it would relay the same to Judge Napier.
