Alex Wolf, representing the Division of Financial Management, told the committee the revision package included four corrections that were submitted after the governor’s budget book: a $45,000 correction to SWICAP billing for the Legislative Services Office that had been placed in the wrong fund; an $870,000 adjustment affecting the Idaho Digital Learning Academy driven by a new calculation in statute; a $5,000 pay-grade correction in the Department of Health and Welfare; and a $0 correction to an endowment fund adjustment for Idaho State University.
The committee did not request further detail during the presentation. Ms. Wolf said the items arose from the normal post‑submission reconciliation process when agencies and fiscal staff identify calculation or fund-coding errors.
