The board administered the oath of office for board members during the meeting. The board then proceeded with regular business, including reports and votes on agenda items.
Board members cast voice votes to approve the officer slate. The board confirmed Sobrowski’s continuation as president and Diaz’s continuation as clerk by unanimous recorded voice votes.
