- A resolution supporting the Ohio Municipal League (OML) challenge to AT&T's tariff application at the Public Utilities Commission was adopted unanimously; council also voted to request a hearing on a new liquor-license application for SIPs (a hearing will be scheduled).

What happens next
Rejected or failed zoning proposals may be revised and returned to Planning Commission and council following completion of required studies (traffic, stormwater, utilities) and any necessary agency coordination (City of Union utilities, Northmont schools). Tabled charter and ballot items may be rescheduled for later ballots to reduce election chargebacks; staff said they will bring timing recommendations to council.
