Community Preservation Committee Approves Three Sets of Meeting Minutes

The Community Preservation Committee approved three sets of meeting minutes during roll call at the start of its Jan. 15 meeting.
The committee took separate votes for each set of minutes. For the first set (minutes from Sept. 23 and Sept. 24 — as presented) the committee recorded unanimous affirmative votes from members present: Deb Homewood, Julie Barbadisa, Joe Greeley, John Hall, Amanda Growe, Cheryl Doyle, Patty Griffith Star, Joe Sheehan and Chair Catherine Walsh.
For the Oct. 9, 2024 minutes the committee recorded two abstentions: Julie Barbadisa and Patty Griffith Star said they were absent for that meeting and abstained; other members present voted yes (Deb Homewood, Joe Greeley, John Hall, Amanda Growe, Cheryl Doyle, Joe Sheehan and Chair Catherine Walsh). The tally recorded in the hearing was seven yes, two abstentions.
For the Oct. 23, 2024 minutes the committee recorded an affirmative vote from all members present.
These procedural votes were recorded at the start of the public hearing and do not affect the substantive funding presentations later in the meeting.
