Fire Chief Dan said the department responded to approximately 1,781 alarms in 2024, higher than the previous five-year average. Chief Dan’s breakdown included 11 structure fires, 13 vehicle fires, about 73 vegetation or trash fires, 1,181 first-responder medical calls, 142 accidents, 9 rescues and multiple service incidents such as gas leaks and power-line incidents.
