Closed‑session approvals (Victim Compensation Program items): After reconvening from closed session under Government Code section 11126(c)(3), the board moved to approve victim compensation program items numbered 1 through 26, with the exception of item 2, which was reserved for separate consideration. The motion carried on a roll call of Member Becton (Aye), Member Johnson (Aye) and Chair Ravel (Aye). The meeting then adjourned.
Ending: The board will reconvene in March and staff will return with TRC funding recommendations and any follow-up from the rulemaking and AB 179 processes.
