The Round Rock City Council on Monday approved a municipal services agreement, an annexation ordinance and SF-3 single-family zoning for 55.77 acres identified as Sauls Ranch East, authorizing the city to provide water, wastewater and other services to a 123-lot phase 2 subdivision that joins an earlier 102-lot phase for a total of 225 lots.
Staff said the property already has city water and wastewater under a 2022 development agreement with the developer and that public improvements will be inspected and accepted into city ownership once complete. Brad (staff presenter) told the council the subdivision meets the Round Rock 2030 comprehensive plan and that planning staff recommended approval after an 8-0 recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
