Core asked the board to renew the special permit for five years (or longer if the board deemed appropriate). He said operations remain unchanged since prior approvals and that the prior approval and subsequent renewals had allowed the use at the location.
The board amended the application to state that the renewal applied to a portion of the existing building rather than the entire building. The board told Core that it required a fire marshal memo and a Suffolk County Planning memo before it could render a decision and kept the record open to receive those items.
