Paul Lepore, speaking for Happy Days Dispensary, reported the business—s community activities since opening, saying the dispensary raised over $40,000 for a breast cancer research fund and participated in local charitable events. Lepore also acknowledged a Volkswagen van parked near the store and said the vehicle would be moved overnight.
Planning division and environmental control memos dated Jan. 8 and Jan. 14, 2025, and a Jan. 16, 2025 fire marshal report were on file. The board said it needed a Suffolk County Planning memo before rendering a decision and kept the record open to receive that review.
