Planning commission recommends council approve Meadowview Preserve 2nd edition final plat

At its Jan. 14 meeting, the City of Farmington Planning Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation to the City Council for the Meadowview Preserve 2nd edition final plat, contingent on satisfaction of engineering comments and execution of a development contract with payment of security fees and required documents.

Planning staff member Tony summarized the plat: the combined Meadowview Preserve phases 1 and 2 encompass just over 61 acres and propose 138 single-family lots, a net density of about 3.12 units per acre. The second edition converts a previous outlot into lots, yielding a minimum lot area of 7,764 square feet and an average lot area of 9,476 square feet.
