Arts Commission education subcommittee outlines 2025 workshop series, cites budget limits

Mary Sabo, cultural affairs staff, told the subcommittee she could not provide exact dates while the department coordinates with presenters but described an artist talk in February by Matt Hodges, art director at Spiegel World Entertainment, and a business-focused session in April by Patience Crowder, a law professor and director of the Economic Justice and Small Business Clinic at UNLV Boyd School of Law. Sabo said the April session “will be offering 1 to 2 workshops exploring information related to forming an entity and navigating contracts.”
