The Board of Appeals for the City of Lewiston elected a new slate of officers and adopted its 2025 policies and procedures at its Jan. 15 meeting.
The board elected Gosselin as chair, Bernie McAllister as vice chair and Melanie Dorn as secretary. Members then voted to accept the board's 2025 policies and procedures as presented.
Board members said the policies were included in the meeting packet and no members raised questions during the discussion. A motion to accept the policies was made and seconded; the board voted in favor with no opposition recorded.
The officers will serve for 2025. The board proceeded immediately to two conditional-use petitions on its agenda following the procedural votes.
