The Los Angeles City Council on March 28 approved a one‑page intranet "community enhancement" request form developed by the Information Technology Agency (ITA), the Chief Legislative Analyst's office and Council District 3. The form will let city employees file a short electronic report when they observe a public problem — potholes, graffiti, broken streetlights — and automatically route the report to the appropriate department.
