A second requisition, $225 to CCMSI for runoff fees for December (motion by Small; seconded by Zineke), also passed with a roll-call that produced only affirmative responses.
The board approved installment No. 2 of the annual premium, $101,360.13, to ICRMT (motion by Traeger; seconded by Billard). The motion was approved by roll-call vote with recorded ayes.
Separately, a motion to place reports on file (motion by Doug; seconded by Savage) carried on a voice vote and the meeting recorded the motion as carried. During follow-up, a board member asked whether a previously raised question about coverage for EMTs during out-of-county transfers had been answered; staff said an answer was not yet available but could be provided shortly.
The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn by Savage, seconded by Billard; the board set its next meeting for Feb. 20, 2025, at 9:30 a.m.
