3) Consent items — The council approved the consent agenda as discussed; the clerk’s roll call recorded Vice President Erlingo (Yes), Council Member Baader (Yes), Council Member Vogli (Yes), Council Member Toohey (Yes) and President Schwab (Yes). The mayor announced there were 6 consent items with 5 removed for further notice prior to the roll call and the remaining items were approved.
