Chelsea Groton Bank staff said the bank reviews municipal account pricing when the Federal Reserve changes the federal funds rate and that any change to the town’s sweep or money‑market rate would generally be “commensurate” with Fed moves and implemented after an internal review. Alexis Khan of Chelsea Groton (trust management/sales manager) told the meeting that the bank values its relationship with Bolton and that it is available for follow-up conversations: “Any time you want to have a follow-up conversation? We’re available.”
