Commission approves plan change at 171 Hickory Street; fishing deck replaced with at‑grade waterfront access

A request to modify previously permitted plans for 171 Hickory Street was approved by the Conservation Commission after the project team replaced a proposed above‑grade fishing deck with an at‑grade fishing access area to avoid conflict with a Springfield Water and Sewer easement.
