Williams report: district lists maintenance work under way; no reportable uniform-complaint findings
Summary

Azusa Unified staff reported progress on items identified in prior Williams inspections and said there were no reportable Williams uniform-complaint findings in the second-quarter report presented Jan. 14.
District staff said custodial and maintenance teams have installed gender-neutral signage on single-use restrooms, are replacing ceiling tiles with new shipments, and have reinstalled door-closure hardware where it was missing. For larger repairs that require outside contractors (for example, restroom upgrades at McNelly Transition), the district has engaged outside vendors and expects to complete those projects before the next inspection in June.
The presentation noted the district is on target to complete previously identified deficiencies prior to the June inspection.
Ending: The district will continue contracting for larger repairs and monitor completion ahead of the scheduled summer inspection window.
