RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. — The Riviera Beach City Council unanimously adopted an amendment to the city’s comprehensive plan on Jan. 15 that staff said is required to align city policy with a new water-supply plan adopted by the Riviera Beach Utility Special District.
The council approved ordinance No. 4275 on second reading, amending multiple infrastructure and intergovernmental coordination policies to reflect the utility district’s water-supply plan.
