Board continues Ingle Nook/Sentinel LLC appeal to Feb. 25 at parties' request

Kelly Cahill, representing Planning, Building, and Environmental Services, told the board the parties had reached out and requested February 25 as a better date after finalizing the staff report. Supervisor Ramos moved and a second was made; the board voted aye and continued the item to Feb. 25, 2025.
Ending: The appeal hearing will be heard on Feb. 25, 2025; no substantive record changes were made at the Jan. 14 meeting other than the continuance date.
