Planning Director Steven Spraker told the commission the applicant sought a redevelopment plan because the project could not meet all standards in the land development code. "There are two items which they're requesting assistance with," Spraker said: reallocating an internal landscape buffer to other on-site buffers and waiving one vehicle stacking space in the drive-through lane.
