Sponsor Sen. Greg Dolezal, R ist. 27, told colleagues the committee—ound facts that require further work and said the reauthorization is needed after a judge ruled the Senate has subpoena power. "This resolution reconstitutes the senate special committee on investigations ... leading a number of meetings that have uncovered a set of facts that require us to continue our work in that committee," Dolezal said.
