Planning Board approves three development projects, extends permit and signs three ANR plans

The Quincy Planning Board on Jan. 15 approved three separate site plan and special‑permit applications, granted a six‑month extension on an existing permit and signed three Approval‑Not‑Required (ANR) plans, the board announced at its meeting in Quincy City Hall.

The board voted unanimously to approve the site plan review and related special permits for: 61–69 and 71 Hancock Street (Planning Board case 2024‑12); 11 McGrath Highway (case 2024‑14); and special permits identified in the department recommendation for 15, 152 and 156 Quincy Street (case 2024‑11). The board also approved a six‑month extension for the permit at 1562–1570 Hancock Street and signed three ANR plans (108 Lennox Street; 506–514 South Street; and 2 South Central Terrace).
