Jason Bagley, Circuit, said Circuit operates ‘‘on demand EV microtransit’’ and hires W‑2 local drivers, provides vehicles, insurance and a technology platform that can accept app and call‑in trips. Bagley said the company runs several programs across South Florida and nationally and that some of its markets are operating with just a few vehicles. ‘‘We are a national microtransit provider based here in Broward County,’’ he told the commission.
