The Highland City Council approved its consent agenda during the Oct. 21 meeting. The consent agenda included approval of meeting minutes for Aug. 13, Aug. 19, Sept. 2 and Sept. 30, 2025, and ratification of large purchases listed on the agenda.

A motion to approve the consent agenda was made and seconded; the council adopted the consent agenda by voice vote, 4-0, with one councilmember absent.

No additional formal votes on ordinances or resolutions were recorded during the public portion of the meeting minutes provided; other agenda items were discussion-oriented (ZIP-code letter, resident survey, Fling budget review, election and appointment procedures, general plan update).
