Committee schedules and focus areas announced at the meeting include:
• Finance Committee — Jan. 14 at 6 p.m.; agenda items include the 12-month budget for 2025, lending programs targeted to predominantly African American neighborhoods, and updates on recent financial statements and audit results. • Housing and Building Committee — Jan. 14 at 5 p.m.; primary topic: recommendations from the Fair Housing/Bridging Justice task force.
