- Donation of 2009 GMC van from Boyo Transportation (estimated value $5,000): Approved and accepted for district transportation use.
- Bid re-advertisement for bollards and planters: Facilities committee recommended advertising a revised RFP after an earlier bid cycle returned no bids; board approved reauthorization to re-advertise. The project will be paid from PCCD grant funds (2325 award) and remains on a timeline to complete prior to grant deadlines.
