Separately, the commission reviewed approvals and renewals for West Side clubs (including the West Side Vehicle Club and Westside Legal Club) and said a small number of items remain — such as a lockbox and hood cleaning in one case — pending reinspections. Staff reported those corrections were in progress and that the commission would be notified when reinspections could be scheduled.
The commission treated the extension and the renewals as conditional, with staff directed to confirm permit filings and schedule reinspections once required documentation or equipment was in place.
