Commissioners confirmed the planned seating was “about 24” and that no separate bar area would be established. The commission also reminded the applicant to sign the attendance sheet and complete any required ABCC filings before the license is finalized.
As a next step the commission forwarded the locally approved application package to the ABCC for its review and issuance. The commission noted that local rulings or violations may be appealed to the ABCC within five days of receiving a written decision.
The approval occurred during the regular agenda item for new license hearings; commissioners took no additional conditions beyond standard forwarding to the ABCC.
