Kuna Joint District board approves reorganization, calendar change, donations and policy first reads

Kuna Joint District Board of Trustees members on a motion approved a series of organizational appointments, a calendar amendment for the 2025–26 school year, acceptance of developer mitigation donations and multiple policy first readings.

The board unanimously approved motions to elect its chair and vice chair and to appoint district financial officers. Trustees also voted to set the district’s regular meeting schedule and designate public posting locations. The board amended the 2025–26 school calendar to make the November election day a district holiday, move a professional development day, and add a compensating day at the end of May.
