Mills planning staff recommends approval of DLD final plat; council approves resubdivision

Melms told the council that the planning commission had reviewed the proposal and recommended a do-pass pending completion of planning considerations; Melms said those considerations have been completed and staff recommended approval of the final plat. The applicant was present in the gallery.
Following the staff report there was no substantive public opposition recorded in the transcript. The council voted by voice and approved the final plat.
