During the same meeting the board elected Alan Howe as chair. A second motion elected a board member as vice chair. Each motion passed on roll call with unanimous affirmative votes from members present.
The meeting proceeded immediately into regular business following the organizational actions.
Minutes approved later in the meeting authorized staff to publish the adopted schedule and updated officer list.
