Carl Kemper of Becker Hoppe was present at the meeting. Board members asked whether the additional fee covered work through the bidding phase and were told the amendment includes services such as responding to bidder questions and related work necessary to support the bid process.
A board member moved to approve the amendment; a second followed and the motion passed by voice vote.
