The member said they had spoken with the state's attorney, identified in the remarks as "Barb," and requested the change. "My amendment is to change 'Safety Act' to 'Pretrial Fairness Act' in the December 10th minutes," the committee member said.
A second was recorded, and the committee approved the amended minutes by voice vote. The transcript records the vote as "Aye" with no recorded oppositions.
The committee then moved to approve the regular meeting minutes (reference 25-0084) as amended.
