The commission also approved a motion to extend the scheduled closing date for a parcel sale across from the airport to Blue Rock, moving the closing to Jan. 31, 2025 to allow additional time to resolve recording issues. The motion passed by roll call with all members recorded as voting yes.
Separately, the commission pulled several consent items (5 C4, 5 C5, 5 C6) for revision and deferred them to a future meeting; those items relate to contractual employment and building-department assistance and will return in a more complete form.
