Cosman told the commission she has a large, fenced yard and off‑street parking; she said she would care for up to 10 children under her KDHE license, three of whom are currently her own, which she said would leave seven non‑family slots. Cosman said she will not operate ‘‘24 hours a day, 7 days a week’’ and stated proposed hours of operation are Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
