Committee members suggested adding language requiring that, prior to implementation of additional administrative procedures attached to the policy, the superintendent share proposed procedures with the board. Several members liked that addition as a transparency step: "The superintendent shall share with the board the proposed additional procedures," one member noted as a helpful example from another district.
