Votes at a glance: committee approves minutes and adjourns

The Economic Development Plan Review Committee recorded two procedural motions during its Jan. 10 meeting.

At the start of the meeting the committee considered approval of its prior minutes. A member moved to approve, another seconded, and the chair called the roll; the motion was approved. The recorded roll-call responses in the transcript included affirmative votes from members present.

At the end of the meeting the chair entertained a motion to adjourn. Members moved, seconded, and the committee voted "Aye" to close the session. No other formal policy votes took place during the meeting.

These were procedural items; the committee did not adopt ordinances, resolutions, contracts or budget amendments at the Jan. 10 session.
