Commission staff reported that the Attorney General’s office flagged procedural questions for town counsel and the town clerk related to whether the map and the local historic district study committee’s final report were effectively provided to town meeting members. Staff said the map was included in the warrant and the report was posted publicly and linked in FAQs provided to town meeting members; town counsel and the town clerk are working with the AG’s office to explain the publication process.
