Staff said contractors are continuing work they can do in winter conditions but cannot install irrigation until soils thaw.
Claxton / McLeod and field fence questions: Commissioners asked whether both softball fields would get permanent fencing; staff said one field is likely to receive permanent fencing while the other will not, but staff said they would verify final plans and could investigate semi‑permanent or rolling fence options to preserve flexible use.
Ending: Staff said they will confirm final Claxton fencing plans, follow up with CPC meeting details and report back when ground conditions allow next phases of the Blackston work.
