Bernalillo County commissioners voted 5-0 Jan. 14 to authorize the county manager to execute a purchase-and-leaseback agreement with the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center (IPCC) for the county-owned property at 1515 Manal Extension NW.
County real-estate staff told the commission the site is about 4.47 acres and lies north of Indian School Road, west of 12th Street and south of Manal Extension. The sale will allow IPCC to plan and build additional facilities on land that once formed part of the Albuquerque Indian School campus, staff said.…
