PBA advisory committee approves minutes, elects officers and receives reports

The Oklahoma County Public Building Authority advisory committee on Jan. 13 approved prior meeting minutes, received staff and owner’s representative reports and elected officers for calendar year 2025.
The committee approved the minutes of Dec. 9, 2024, by voice vote. The committee then moved to receive the ARPA projects report and later received the owner’s-rep report from Bill White; both motions were seconded and recorded as unanimous "Aye." The advisory committee also heard several other routine receipt motions for capital project updates and voted to accept those reports.
In officer elections, the committee nominated and voted to make Paul Foster chair for the 2025 term and to elect Charles Dodson as vice chair; both nominations were moved, seconded and approved by voice vote. After the votes, members adjourned the session.
