City staff told the board the addendum formalizes guaranteed maximum pricing negotiated with the owner’s representatives and Envoy and attaches exhibits that document the contract provisions. “The owners reps and Envoy and myself have reviewed this at great lengths, and we're pleased with where we're at,” a staff member said.
