Planning Commission approves final plat for Integris Rural Health site at 1201 Health Center Parkway

The Yukon Planning Commission on Jan. 13 recommended approval of a final plat for property at 1201 Health Center Parkway, an item the panel had considered at the preliminary-plat stage at the prior meeting.
A staff member told commissioners that several easements had been added to the final plat submission since the preliminary filing but that the proposal otherwise matched the earlier submittal. Commissioners Jeff Geiss, Lee Clark, Steven Jones and (recorded) Commissioner Henckels voted yes on the motion to recommend approval.
The motion on the record recited that the commission had read the staff report and received testimony at the public hearing and found itself in agreement with the staff findings, and therefore moved to recommend approval. No public speakers addressed the application during the meeting.
After the vote the commission closed the item and moved to new business.
