Councilmembers announce MLK Day of Service events and youth leadership program participation

Councilman Ben Reynolds (District 4) introduced members of the T.A.L. program and praised the Marching Cougars and the youth delegation visiting the chamber. Tina Perue, identified as executive director of the Southwest Mobile County Chamber of Commerce, explained that T.A.L. stands for Tillman's Corner Area Learning Leadership and said the program empowers high-school seniors to lead and serve their communities.
