Commissioners defer naming Title VI coordinator; law and finance to recommend options

Commissioner Lauder (name pronounced in transcript) proposed the law director or his designee; others raised potential conflict-of-interest concerns if the law office would both advise and serve in the role. The board voted to defer the appointment and asked the law director and finance director to return with a recommendation in February.
