Village Board approves $521,023.70 pay request, reduces developer letter of credit and adopts resolution to allow future debt reimbursement

The Village of Jackson Village Board on Jan. 14 approved a $521,023.70 pay request for construction services on the Jackson Community Center expansion, authorized a $150,470 reduction to the letter of credit for the Maple Fields Phase 1 subdivision (Newman Developments), and adopted Resolution 25-01 declaring the village's official intent to reimburse certain expenditures from future borrowings.

The actions came from the board's Budget and Finance committee and were approved on separate motions during the regular meeting. The $521,023.70 pay request passed on a motion by Olson, seconded by Wells. The letter-of-credit reduction for Maple Fields Phase 1 was moved by Olson and seconded by Emerick; that motion also carried.
