Sagewood Elementary was described to trustees as a 2023 National Blue Ribbon School and a Title I school that also hosts a preschool program. Executive Director Nicole Rapp introduced Sagewood and said principal Anna Lavin had been honored with the Terrell H. Bell Outstanding Leadership Award.
